We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for ‘Recording the Voluntary Sector’ which will officially launch the British Academy research project ‘Digitising the Mixed Economy of Welfare in Britain.’ This is a five year infrastructure project led by UCL Institute of Education – read more about the project here.

The half-day event is free to attend and as well as launching the project will offer breakout sessions on different elements of record preservation and development. We will be joined by representatives from The National Archives, The British Library, The British Academy, Heritage Lottery Fund and NCVO as well as experts with a range of experience in the preservation and digitisation of charity and voluntary organisation records.
